We ship wholesale orders within Australia unless otherwise agreed. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, processing time, destination and carrier delays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or otherwise advised prior to dispatch, unless freight is included by prior agreement.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received, unless a credit arrangement has been approved in writing.
Processing times may vary during busy periods, promotional periods, public holidays or where stock needs to be transferred or replenished.
3. Delivery Details
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to accept delivery, additional freight charges may apply before redelivery.
4. Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If goods are left at your nominated address in accordance with your instructions, delivery will be considered complete.
5. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
You must inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If any item is damaged, incorrect, missing, or appears to have been affected in transit, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
Where possible, please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.
6. Returns
Returns are not accepted without prior approval from us. We may approve returns where the incorrect product was supplied, the product was damaged in transit and reported within the required timeframe, or the product is faulty or does not meet non-excludable statutory guarantees.
Approved returns must be sent in accordance with our instructions.
7. Non-Returnable Items

- ordering mistakes;
- items not in original saleable condition;
